Hi, my name is Neil Keleher. I teach people how to feel their body through Yoga and Tai Ji and I live in Taiwan. Throughout my life the idea that has pulled me is doing things simply using principles that can be applied in any aspect of life.

I learned these principles from dancing, riding motorbikes, shooting rifles, benchfitting, doing Chinese calligraphy, yoga and tai ji.  These are ideas that can be used to understand what is happening in our life and tools to help us do what we do more efficiently, simply and in the best way possible.
